My art is a celebration of the body as a site of resistance and possibility. I believe that art has the power to challenge dominant narratives and create new ways of understanding ourselves and our world. Through a cyber-feminist lens I seek and celebrate alternate means of embodiment, from folklore to virtual spaces. My practice crosses mediums and crafts, as I work towards larger scale installations, performances, and collaborative projects. I am a spider, weaving together questions of sensuality, power, and representation.
